Refund Policy

We guarantee the health of your tree upon receipt. We are not responsible for trees that suffer damage or die because of poor care, environmental conditions or negligence.

If you received a plant that was damaged you must send a picture of your tree as you received it WITHIN 24 hours of delivery. It is at the discretion of US Citrus to issue any sort of replacement.

We reserve the right to determine that the tree is not damaged, but merely is suffering from transplant shock from natural conditions occurring after moving the tree from its nursery, US Citrus may give recommendations for further planting, watering, sunlight etc.

At our discretion, we may determine that the tree may only need further care, or a refund can be initiated at the rate US Citrus desires.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

US Citrus policy for product sales is that if the product is deemed to be defective, we will send a replacement product as we deem fit. We do not offer refunds as we cannot accept returns for any product. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@uscitrus.com.

 

We can ship trees anywhere in the US except CA, FL, AZ or LA (USDA restrictions).

Fruit and leaves can be shipped anywhere in the US or Canada.
