Fruit that is available now in your box: Rio Red Grapefruit (~6-8) Valencia Oranges (~20-22).
Rio Red Grapefruit: Large fruit, light green to red peel, very juicy red/pink colored flesh, sweet and tangy, with few to no seeds.
- a combination of tart, tangy, and sweet with lots of juice and a red/pink flesh
- almost seedless, can juice, eat with a grapefruit serrated spoon, or segment
- because of the high heat index, it is undisputed that South Texas produces the finest grapefruit in the world!

Marrs Orange: A seedless orange that is sweet and smooth with low acidity.
- This was discovered in 1927 near Donna, Texas, about 20 min south of where we grow.
- It's a natural sweet orange mutation that is very smooth and sweet, with low acidity, low seeds, and high juice content.
- It's a favorite for fresh eating and juicing alike.

What is upcoming in the Craft Citrus Club:
Cultural Practices: Non-GMO. The fruit is tree harvested. This means it is not gassed in our packing facility, so it retains its natural color, and we do not have to treat the fruit with fungicide because of this. Despite the color of the rind, the fruit is ready to consume when you receive it.
