  • 1/2 of a red onion
  • 1 can of coconut milk (minus 3 tablespoons from making curry paste)
  • 3 tablespoons of prepared green curry paste
  • 1 red and green bell pepper
  • 1 cup of snap peas
  • 1 cup of carrots

Preparing the Curry with Kaffir Lime Leaf Recipe

What's great about making your own curry paste is that it couldn't be any easier. Once you have all of your ingredients on hand, you can add them to a food processor and blend them until a thick paste is formed.

When you're ready to make the curry, heat your oil in a pan, add your chopped onion, and saute for a few minutes until translucent. Next, add the rest of your chopped vegetables and cook until the desired doneness.
