Using the kaffir lime leaf for oral health is simple. Traditionally, the leaf is simply rubbed on the gums. It's been done since before toothpaste and toothbrushes, as the leaves help eliminate bacteria from the mouth.
In addition, the oil from kaffir leaves can be mixed in with organic mouthwash and toothpaste to elevate its potency.
